Multiple Researchers working at the Blaise Benchmark Services for the Disabled Act (WVG)

The VNG is the national organization for Dutch municipalities. It contains the nonprofit agency StimulantsZ that
advises all the municipalities about handling the welfare grants from the government for its welfare recipients. With
the help of SGBO(research department of the VNG) it has made a Benchmark Services for the Disabled Act
(WVG) for the Dutch municipalities. The Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport that is responsible for the Services
for the Disabled Act (WVG) which consists of various rules and regulations for handicapped people and the elderly.

Within SGBO more researchers work together in a benchmark project. Many specialties are combined for the
Services for the Disabled Act (WVG). The various rules and regulations are split up in special chapters for the
Benchmark. Before the final benchmark has been put together a lot of survey revisions have been adopted.
The base for the Data collection of the Benchmark Services for the Disabled Act (WVG) is Blaise. Not all the
researchers at SGBO can program Blaise and with so many survey revisions a different approach towards working
